Skills First Program
The Department of Education and Training provides the funding for Skills First program which contributes to the cost of training for students undertaking Vocational and Educational Training (VET) courses.

Enrolment Steps for Domestic Students
1. FIND THE MOST SUITABLE PROGRAM FOR YOU
Research our Website and/or the Student Brochure to find the course that meets your interests and needs. Make an enquiry to one of our approved Education Agents or Marketing Officer
2. SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION
Submit the following forms to vetdomestic@atmc.edu.au or an Education Agent/ Marketing Officer:
· Download our Application Form and fill it in
· Evidence of Student Eligibility & Student Declaration (for Victorian Government funding only), and certified copies of supporting documents (for Skills First funding students, including copies of all previous qualifications).
3. PRE-TRAINING REVIEW (PTR)
4. RECEIVE LETTER OF OFFER AND ACCEPTANCE AGREEMENT
When your application is approved, you will receive a Letter of Offer and Acceptance Agreement. Please read the terms & conditions of your offer before accepting it.

5. ACCEPT OFFER
To accept the offer, please return the Letter of Offer and Acceptance Agreement.
Pay the relevant fees and gap fees (if applicable) as per the enrolment contract.
FEES AND FUNDING
Payment options vary and will be discussed with the applicant at enrolment. ATMC accepts Credit Card and Direct Debit. For students who have applied for and are eligible for the Victorian Government subsidy under the Skills First Program, payment is only required for an enrolment fee.
Fee for Service
Students can pay their tuition fees upfront in full or arrange an instalment payment plan. Please refer to the Fees & Refund Policy and Procedures.
Government Funding
*This training is delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding. Additional eligibility or enrolment criteria may apply.
