How long does it take to receive a response?
Learner enquiries are answered within two business days. Employer partnership messages are answered within three business days.
What documents should learners prepare?
Keep digital copies of academic transcripts, passport ID, English proficiency scores (if applicable), and any visa documents.
Do you support international students?
Yes. Our international team can advise on visas, OSHC, accommodation, and orientation. Use the learners form to reach the team directly.
Can employers request bespoke training?
